This is a 2-class series. (May 7 and 14, 12pm-3pm)

Take your skills to the next level in this series of classes, the perfect follow-up to Knitting 101. You will learn how to knit in the round, creating beautiful, seamless socks. By the end of the series, you will have a cozy pair of home/bed socks and be ready to take on the Beginner Sock Knitting class series, where you will dive deeper into sock construction and techniques.

Cost: $200

Prerequisites: Students must already be comfortable with casting on, knitting and purling. (Taking the Knitting 101 class series is strongly recommended prior to taking this class.

Minimum/Maximum number of students: 3/8

Materials: You will receive information regarding where to get the materials when you sign up.

  • 200 grams of worsted weight yarn (wool or wool blend)

  • 3.5 mm / US 4 circular knitting needles 32”

  • Locking and ring-style stitch markers

  • Tapestry or darning needle

  • Small scissors or snips
